Manager
I gained my level 2 in child care in 1997 and went on to
complete my NVQ 3 in 1998. I have gained my experience
through working in the private sector and childminding.
I have three children of my own aged 3, 6 and 9 and have
been in childcare since 1997 with breaks in my career
for having my children.
I wanted to
own my own nursery in order to further my career and
present myself with a new challenge.

GINNETTE
Deputy Manager
I gained my NVQ 2 in 2004 and have worked in various
private nurseries including a Montesori nursery. I
undertook my NVQ 3 in 2007 and became employed at Little
Herberts in Jan 2008 and completed my NVQ 3 in the
summer of 2008. I have progressed in my career since
coming to Little Herberts and now hold a deputy
manager's role. I have been in post since Jan 2010.

Little Herberts Day Nursery, we pride ourselves in locating some
